conditions of sale

CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES AND CANCELLATION

These terms and conditions of sale apply to ticket sales made via the website www.dansinbrugge.be, via the desk at In&Uit ('t Zand 34), via the organising partners (Concertgebouw Brugge, Cultuurcentrum Brugge, KAAP), or by telephone via the Ticket line +32 (0) 78 15 20 20 (Mon-Fri from 2pm to 5pm, except on public holidays).

The person buying a ticket acknowledges that they have formally taken note of the following general terms and conditions of sale and that they accept these before completing their ticket purchase.

Customer’s personal data

When ordering tickets and subscriptions, customers will be asked to fill in a number of personal details. Processing this data is necessary to enable the organising partners to deliver your order, to handle any questions, or to inform you in the event of any changes to the programme, or time or location. For more information about the processing of your personal data, we refer you to the provisions in our privacy policy.

Booking and shipping costs

For each order, a booking charge will be made of €1 per ticket. The prices shown on our website include the booking charge.

For postal delivery of tickets, the following charges will be added at the end of the order process:

- €2.5 in Belgium

- €4.5 outside Belgium

There is no shipping fee for e-tickets

Right of Withdrawal

After payment, no right of withdrawal applies. We do not accept any cancellation after the client has paid for entry tickets. It is also not possible to give discounts or make reimbursements for discounts after purchase.

Exchange

Purchased tickets will not be refunded or exchanged by the organising partners (Concertgebouw Brugge, Cultuurcentrum Brugge, KAAP).

Return tickets

We will, exceptionally, refund tickets under these circumstances:

  • in case of cancellation of a performance

  • In case of unexpected, urgent hospitalization (doctor's certificate required)

  • upon death subject to proof of death (we do not refund upon the death of a family member or relative)

Ticket buyers will be informed personally of any cancellation of a performance and the relevant ticket policy.

For the other cases mentioned here above, clients should get in touch with the customer helpdesk via tickets@inenuitbrugge.be. Please attach the necessary documentation and mention the IBAN account number in the message.

Postal delivery

The option to purchase tickets via the website for postal delivery is only available up to 7 days before the performance date.

Expiration of reservation

Any order that is not paid for within 10 working days will be cancelled

Changes to and/or cancellations in the program of Dans in Brugge

Reasons beyond our control may lead to changes to the programme, the cast or performers, the venue or time slot. The changes will be announced on our website. In the case of a cancellation of a performance or a change of the date and/or location, as far as possible you will be informed in writing (by email). Changes are not a basis for reimbursement or exchange. Tickets will only be refunded in case of cancellation of a performance of Dans in Brugge.

Changes to reserved seating

If in exceptional circumstances, the organising partners (Concertgebouw Brugge, Cultuurcentrum Brugge, KAAP) are forced to rebook the selected seats due to technical or logistical reasons, where possible the customer will be contacted individually and assigned a new seat, taking into account which part of the hall was selected in the original booking.

Scanning tickets

Tickets are scanned at the entrance to the event and may also be scanned when displayed on a smartphone.

Waiting lists

In the event of a sold-out performance, you may ask to be placed on the waiting list. When seats become available, the waiting list will be contacted. A place on the waiting list does not guarantee a ticket.

Dance Pass

The dance pass is a collaboration between different houses with different price categories. The pass can be validated for performances offered on dansinbrugge.be while supplies last, except for tickets in grade 1 for performances in Concertgebouw Brugge.

CONTRACTUAL RELATION

The terms and conditions of sale govern the entire contractual relationship between the organising partners (Concertgebouw Brugge, Cultuurcentrum Brugge, KAAP) and the customer. The organising partners have the right to change the content of their conditions of sale and the sales website at any time, and without prior notification. Changes will come into effect from the moment when they appear on the website, unless otherwise specified.

APPLICABLE LAW IN CASE OF DISPUTES

For all disputes, only the courts which have jurisdiction for the territory where the organising partners have their registered office, in particular Bruges, have authority.
